Yes, we can change the color of the product. However, we note that some of our products might look great in certain color shades only. Therefore, we provide you with a palette of color options.

WHAT IF I WANT ANY CHANGES/CANCELLATION OF AN EXISTING ORDER?
As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled/exchanged or refund.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
ARE THE COLORS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
All our products are handcrafted and especially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our Site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We try to make all our products available to your doorstep. We can have the orders shipped to your doorstep or at your convenience.
WHAT IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS?

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR RECEIVING ORDERS?
Each and every product is specially curated for you, being hand embroidered and sewn, and is made to measure. Usually the time frame will be anytime between 30 - 60 days, depending on the order and customizations if any. HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCT ALTERED?
HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE FOR ALTERATIONS?
We try to make the orders as per the standard size chosen by you or the measurements provided to us. However, if any alterations are required, we generally need about a week or two, however this varies from each and every product. We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by client and will not be borne by us. HOW DO WE SEND THE ORDER FOR ALTERATIONS?
If any alterations are required, we request you to send the order at our Studio in Mundka, New Delhi. Please note, that we do not pick-up any alterations and the cost for delivering the product to us is to be taken care by you.
I SHOPPED THE PRODUCTS FROM A MULTI-BRAND OUTLET. CAN ANY ALTERATIONS BE DONE?
For all products shopped from a Multi-brand outlet, please contact the same multi-brand outlet for alterations.
We note that additional charges are applicable on all orders being customized. Further, for plus sizes, 'XL' and above (bust size 40.5 inch and above), we charge a 10% to 20% additional charge on the retail product price. We also charge additional for all alteration done on products bought on sale/discount.
