Black Mirror Work Kurta Set for Men | Yasir by AVK
The Yasir Kurta in black is a cotton-silk and viscose-georgette kurta with machine mirror work, designed in the AVK atelier for sangeet nights, receptions, cocktail evenings, and festive occasions. Worn as a full black monochrome — black kurta, black churidaar, black shoes — it is the sharpest expression of the Yasir silhouette: every silver mirror reads at maximum contrast against the darkest possible ground.
Machine mirror work is layered across the black base in dense, considered patterns — each small reflective disc catching evening and ambient light dimensionally, the way mirror work is meant to perform after dark. Cotton-silk blended with viscose-georgette delivers a softer drape than pure silk while holding clean structure at the shoulder. AVK signature menswear cut: structured shoulder, fitted close, modern hem proportion.
The complete set includes: Kurta and matching black churidaar.

Our most detailed pieces take 21–24 business days from order to delivery, worldwide — tailoring, hand-finishing and quality checks included — and many pieces are ready sooner. Dates 15–30 days out sit within our usual atelier window; if your event is under two weeks away, WhatsApp us at +91 8700 289 341 before ordering and we will confirm honestly what is possible.
Yes — every AVK garment is hand-embroidered in our Delhi atelier. Karigars work zardozi, nakshi, kardana, mothi (pearl) and resham on adda frames, mapped from a hand-drawn khaka. A single sherwani can carry 300–400 hours of handwork; nothing is machine-run.

We alter it, free. Request a complimentary alteration within 15 days of delivery — length, chest and waist adjustments are part of the service. A made-to-order garment is not finished until it fits.

AVK dresses the full wedding calendar — kurta and bandi sets for mehendi, haldi and sangeet; sherwanis for the wedding itself; bandhgalas and tuxedos for cocktail and reception evenings. Message us the ceremony, venue and time of day and we will recommend pieces from the current collection.
