The Janmashtami Edit
Midnight, flute-song and the softest silks of the year.
Janmashtami is dressed lighter than any other festival — temple evenings, midnight aartis, dahi handi mornings. This edit holds our lightest kurtas and bandi sets: chanderi, soft silk, colours drawn from the peacock feather.

Janmashtami Outfits for Men — Kurtas & Bandi Sets, Made to Measure
Asked before you asked
Questions, answered
What should men wear for Janmashtami?
A light silk or chanderi kurta set is the standard — comfortable through long temple evenings and midnight aarti. Ivory, butter yellow and peacock tones are traditional. Add a bandi if the evening is formal.
How early should I order a made-to-measure kurta for Janmashtami?
Two to three weeks for a kurta set; longer for heavier hand embroidery. Ready pieces can be altered in days — WhatsApp us your date and we will confirm the timeline honestly.
Do you ship Janmashtami outfits outside India?
Yes. We take measurements over a video consultation and ship worldwide from our Delhi atelier.
