The Roka Edit
The first yes, dressed quietly right.
The roka is the most intimate ceremony of the wedding — two families in one room, everything still new. This edit keeps the groom-to-be understated and exact: kurta sets and bandis that say settled, not staged.

Roka Ceremony Outfits for Men — Kurtas & Bandi Sets
Asked before you asked
Questions, answered
What should a man wear to his roka?
A refined kurta set — silk or chanderi, ivory or a soft colour — with an optional bandi. It should feel considered but one step below the wedding itself; the sherwani waits for its day.
Is a bandhgala too formal for a roka?
Not if the venue is formal — a hotel roka or an evening ceremony carries a bandhgala well. For a roka at home, a kurta-bandi pairing reads warmer.
How much time does a made-to-measure roka outfit need?
Two to three weeks for a kurta set or bandi; longer for hand embroidery. Ready-line pieces can be altered in days.
