The Arif Kurta is a powder blue Bamberg cotton-silk and georgette kurta featuring thread machine embroidery across the front and sleeves — a refined, cool-toned pastel for the man who wants embroidery presence without the weight of mirrors or sequence work. Thread embroidery reads as quietly luxurious in person and photographs cleanly under both natural and ambient evening lighting.
The thread work is layered across the powder blue base in considered, intricate patterns — focused at the front placket, yoke, and cuff details. Bamberg cotton-silk and georgette delivers breathability for long ceremonies with structure at the shoulder. The matching powder blue churidaar completes the tonal styling. Tailored sharp through the shoulder with a relaxed, modern hem length.

Our most detailed pieces take 21–24 business days from order to delivery, worldwide — tailoring, hand-finishing and quality checks included — and many pieces are ready sooner. Dates 15–30 days out sit within our usual atelier window; if your event is under two weeks away, WhatsApp us at +91 9315506791 before ordering and we will confirm honestly what is possible.
Yes — every AVK garment is hand-embroidered in our Delhi atelier. Karigars work zardozi, nakshi, kardana, mothi (pearl) and resham on adda frames, mapped from a hand-drawn khaka. A single sherwani can carry 300–400 hours of handwork; nothing is machine-run.

We alter it, free. Request a complimentary alteration within 15 days of delivery — length, chest and waist adjustments are part of the service. A made-to-order garment is not finished until it fits.

AVK dresses the full wedding calendar — kurta and bandi sets for mehendi, haldi and sangeet; sherwanis for the wedding itself; bandhgalas and tuxedos for cocktail and reception evenings. Message us the ceremony, venue and time of day and we will recommend pieces from the current collection.
