Powder Pink Mirror Work Kurta Set for Men | Bahawalpur by AVK
The Bahawalpur Kurta Set in powder pink is the warmer-toned sister to the powder blue Bahawalpur — same silhouette, same mirror work technique, in a romantic pastel palette designed for daytime ceremonies under warm light. Powder pink reads softer and more cinematic than ivory, which is why it photographs so beautifully in current Indian wedding photography.
Detailed mirror work runs across the front panel and sleeves — small reflective discs hand-stitched into the Bamberg cotton-silk and georgette base. The mirrors catch warm afternoon light and ambient evening light differently than they would on a cool-toned base, giving the same silhouette a completely different mood from the powder blue edition. Breathable for outdoor events, structured at the shoulder, modern fit through the body.

Our most detailed pieces take 21–24 business days from order to delivery, worldwide — tailoring, hand-finishing and quality checks included — and many pieces are ready sooner. Dates 15–30 days out sit within our usual atelier window; if your event is under two weeks away, WhatsApp us at +91 8700 289 341 before ordering and we will confirm honestly what is possible.
Yes — every AVK garment is hand-embroidered in our Delhi atelier. Karigars work zardozi, nakshi, kardana, mothi (pearl) and resham on adda frames, mapped from a hand-drawn khaka. A single sherwani can carry 300–400 hours of handwork; nothing is machine-run.

We alter it, free. Request a complimentary alteration within 15 days of delivery — length, chest and waist adjustments are part of the service. A made-to-order garment is not finished until it fits.

AVK dresses the full wedding calendar — kurta and bandi sets for mehendi, haldi and sangeet; sherwanis for the wedding itself; bandhgalas and tuxedos for cocktail and reception evenings. Message us the ceremony, venue and time of day and we will recommend pieces from the current collection.
