Bijli Sitara Lehenga brings blue and expressive embroidery to Badnaam Farishte, Cinema Couture 2026. The design features a full, embroidered skirt, sleeved blouse and scalloped drape, with the romance and theatrical spirit of eighties Hindi cinema running through its silhouette.
Pale scrolling motifs and curved embroidered panels gives this blue lehenga its character. Choose it for a sangeet, wedding celebration or festive evening, and bring your own andaaz to the evening.

Yes. We deliver worldwide, with most of our wedding pieces travelling to the US, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia and Singapore. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and every international order is tracked door to door.
Every AVK piece is made to order at our atelier. Our most detailed pieces take 21–24 business days from order to delivery, worldwide — tailoring, hand-finishing and quality checks included — and many pieces are ready sooner. Dates 15–30 days out sit within our usual atelier window; if your event is under two weeks away, WhatsApp us at +91 9315506791 before ordering and we will confirm honestly what is possible.
Yes — every AVK garment is hand-embroidered in our Delhi atelier. Karigars work zardozi, nakshi, kardana, mothi (pearl) and resham on adda frames, mapped from a hand-drawn khaka. A single sherwani can carry 300–400 hours of handwork; nothing is machine-run.
Yes. Every piece can be made to measure: choose Custom Size and enter your measurements, send them on WhatsApp at +91 9315506791, or book a video consultation and we will take them with you on the call — the usual route for grooms ordering from the US, UK, Canada, UAE and Australia.
We alter it, free. Request a complimentary alteration within 15 days of delivery — length, chest and waist adjustments are part of the service. A made-to-order garment is not finished until it fits.
Yes — visit the Ankit V Kapoor flagship at B19/5F, DLF Phase 1, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon, or the Shahpur Jat studio in South Delhi. Both are open all days, 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM. WhatsApp us to book a private styling appointment.
AVK dresses the full wedding calendar — kurta and bandi sets for mehendi, haldi and sangeet; sherwanis for the wedding itself; bandhgalas and tuxedos for cocktail and reception evenings. Message us the ceremony, venue and time of day and we will recommend pieces from the current collection.
