Ice Grey Front-Open Embroidered Kurta Set for Men | Davis by AVK
The Davis Kurta Set is an ice grey front-open kurta in Bamberg cotton silk and georgette — a sophisticated, contemporary silhouette finished with bespoke metal buttons and delicate thread-and-sequence embroidery. The front-open silhouette gives it a distinctly modern Indo-western character; ice grey gives it a colour story that reads architectural rather than ornate.
Thread and sequence embroidery is layered across the ice grey base in restrained, precise passes — focused at the placket and shoulders where the eye naturally goes in portrait photography. Bamberg cotton silk blended with georgette delivers a hand-feel that's structured at the shoulder but fluid through the hem, photographing exceptionally well under both natural and ambient lighting. Modern Indo-western cut: clean shoulder, slim through the waist, modern proportion.

Our most detailed pieces take 21–24 business days from order to delivery, worldwide — tailoring, hand-finishing and quality checks included — and many pieces are ready sooner. Dates 15–30 days out sit within our usual atelier window; if your event is under two weeks away, WhatsApp us at +91 9315506791 before ordering and we will confirm honestly what is possible.
Yes — every AVK garment is hand-embroidered in our Delhi atelier. Karigars work zardozi, nakshi, kardana, mothi (pearl) and resham on adda frames, mapped from a hand-drawn khaka. A single sherwani can carry 300–400 hours of handwork; nothing is machine-run.

We alter it, free. Request a complimentary alteration within 15 days of delivery — length, chest and waist adjustments are part of the service. A made-to-order garment is not finished until it fits.

AVK dresses the full wedding calendar — kurta and bandi sets for mehendi, haldi and sangeet; sherwanis for the wedding itself; bandhgalas and tuxedos for cocktail and reception evenings. Message us the ceremony, venue and time of day and we will recommend pieces from the current collection.
