The Karachi Sherwani Set is a powder pink raw silk sherwani — a soft, romantic, and unmistakably modern wedding piece for the groom who refuses to choose between traditional weight and contemporary palette. Pure raw silk gives the powder pink base a depth and quiet shimmer that no synthetic blend matches.
Hand embroidery is layered across the raw silk in restrained passes — delicate enough to let the powder pink read clean, but worked with the kind of precision that holds up to wedding photography. Our most detailed pieces take 21–24 business days from order to delivery, worldwide — tailoring, hand-finishing and quality checks included — and many pieces are ready sooner. Yes — every AVK garment is hand-embroidered in our Delhi atelier. Karigars work zardozi, nakshi, kardana, mothi (pearl) and resham on adda frames, mapped from a hand-drawn khaka. A single sherwani can carry 300–400 hours of handwork; nothing is machine-run.

We alter it, free. Request a complimentary alteration within 15 days of delivery — length, chest and waist adjustments are part of the service. A made-to-order garment is not finished until it fits.

AVK dresses the full wedding calendar — kurta and bandi sets for mehendi, haldi and sangeet; sherwanis for the wedding itself; bandhgalas and tuxedos for cocktail and reception evenings. Message us the ceremony, venue and time of day and we will recommend pieces from the current collection.
