Ivory Linear Print Front-Open Kurta Set for Men | Lakeer (Edition II) by AVK
The Lakeer Kurta (Edition II) in ivory is the front-open variant of the original Lakeer - same ivory cotton-silk base, same linear print language, but cut in a contemporary front-open silhouette that gives it Indo-western character. Choose this over the classic Lakeer when you want the same linear print story in a more architectural, more modern menswear cut.
The print combines digital printing with hand-painted line work, reproduced precisely across the ivory cotton-silk in a front-open silhouette - the open front placket lets the linear pattern flow continuously from one side to the other, creating a different visual relationship than a closed kurta delivers. The result is a graphically modern, photogenic kurta that reads young and contemporary. Modern menswear cut: clean shoulder, fitted close, contemporary hem.

Our most detailed pieces take 21–24 business days from order to delivery, worldwide — tailoring, hand-finishing and quality checks included — and many pieces are ready sooner. Dates 15–30 days out sit within our usual atelier window; if your event is under two weeks away, WhatsApp us at +91 9315506791 before ordering and we will confirm honestly what is possible.
Yes — every AVK garment is hand-embroidered in our Delhi atelier. Karigars work zardozi, nakshi, kardana, mothi (pearl) and resham on adda frames, mapped from a hand-drawn khaka. A single sherwani can carry 300–400 hours of handwork; nothing is machine-run.

We alter it, free. Request a complimentary alteration within 15 days of delivery — length, chest and waist adjustments are part of the service. A made-to-order garment is not finished until it fits.

AVK dresses the full wedding calendar — kurta and bandi sets for mehendi, haldi and sangeet; sherwanis for the wedding itself; bandhgalas and tuxedos for cocktail and reception evenings. Message us the ceremony, venue and time of day and we will recommend pieces from the current collection.
