Ivory Linear Print Cotton Silk Kurta Set for Men | Lakeer by AVK
The Lakeer Kurta in ivory is a custom cotton-silk kurta featuring digitally printed and hand-painted linear motifs - the most graphic, modern piece in the ivory AVK kurta family. Lakeer means "line" in Hindi, and this kurta is built on that concept: clean architectural lines printed across an ivory base, designed for the modern groom who wants pattern without traditional motif language.
The print combines digital printing with hand-painted line work that's then reproduced precisely across the ivory cotton-silk - giving each piece the personality of original artwork translated into wearable form. The linear pattern reads contemporary, photogenic, and unmistakably young, particularly against floral mandap or modern art-deco wedding backdrops. Cotton-silk provides breathability for outdoor venues with structure at the shoulder. Modern menswear cut: clean shoulder, fitted close, contemporary hem.

Our most detailed pieces take 21–24 business days from order to delivery, worldwide — tailoring, hand-finishing and quality checks included — and many pieces are ready sooner. Yes — every AVK garment is hand-embroidered in our Delhi atelier. Karigars work zardozi, nakshi, kardana, mothi (pearl) and resham on adda frames, mapped from a hand-drawn khaka. A single sherwani can carry 300–400 hours of handwork; nothing is machine-run.

We alter it, free. Request a complimentary alteration within 15 days of delivery — length, chest and waist adjustments are part of the service. A made-to-order garment is not finished until it fits.

AVK dresses the full wedding calendar — kurta and bandi sets for mehendi, haldi and sangeet; sherwanis for the wedding itself; bandhgalas and tuxedos for cocktail and reception evenings. Message us the ceremony, venue and time of day and we will recommend pieces from the current collection.
