Dusty Rose Front-Open Embroidered Kurta Set for Men | Rashid by AVK
The Rashid Kurta (Dusty Rose) is a front-open kurta in Bamberg cotton silk and georgette — a romantic, modern pastel piece finished with custom metal buttons and intricate thread embroidery. The front-open silhouette gives it Indo-western character; dusty rose gives it the kind of pastel personality that photographs beautifully across daylight and golden-hour events.
Thread embroidery is layered across the dusty rose base in considered, precise passes — focused at the placket, yoke, and cuffs where craftsmanship registers strongest in portrait photography. Bamberg cotton silk blended with georgette is the AVK fabric of choice for kurtas where breathability matters as much as structure: cool in long ceremonies, structured at the shoulder, fluid through the hem. Modern Indo-western cut: clean shoulder, slim through the waist, modern proportion.

Our most detailed pieces take 21–24 business days from order to delivery, worldwide — tailoring, hand-finishing and quality checks included — and many pieces are ready sooner. Yes — every AVK garment is hand-embroidered in our Delhi atelier. Karigars work zardozi, nakshi, kardana, mothi (pearl) and resham on adda frames, mapped from a hand-drawn khaka. A single sherwani can carry 300–400 hours of handwork; nothing is machine-run.

We alter it, free. Request a complimentary alteration within 15 days of delivery — length, chest and waist adjustments are part of the service. A made-to-order garment is not finished until it fits.

AVK dresses the full wedding calendar — kurta and bandi sets for mehendi, haldi and sangeet; sherwanis for the wedding itself; bandhgalas and tuxedos for cocktail and reception evenings. Message us the ceremony, venue and time of day and we will recommend pieces from the current collection.
