The Umair Kurta in powder pink is a Viscose cotton-silk and georgette kurta with intricate machine thread embroidery, meticulously crafted in the AVK atelier — a romantic pastel piece designed for the man who wants soft, photographable colour finished with serious craft. Powder pink reads warm and cinematic under natural and warm lighting, photographing beautifully across daytime and golden-hour events.
Machine thread embroidery is layered across the powder pink base in dense, considered patterns — focused detail work at the front, yoke, and cuffs that defines the silhouette and rewards close-up portrait photography. Viscose cotton-silk blended with georgette gives the kurta a soft drape with structure at the shoulder, designed to read elegant in both seated and standing portraits. Modern menswear cut: clean shoulder, fitted close through the body, contemporary hem.

Our most detailed pieces take 21–24 business days from order to delivery, worldwide — tailoring, hand-finishing and quality checks included — and many pieces are ready sooner. Yes — every AVK garment is hand-embroidered in our Delhi atelier. Karigars work zardozi, nakshi, kardana, mothi (pearl) and resham on adda frames, mapped from a hand-drawn khaka. A single sherwani can carry 300–400 hours of handwork; nothing is machine-run.

We alter it, free. Request a complimentary alteration within 15 days of delivery — length, chest and waist adjustments are part of the service. A made-to-order garment is not finished until it fits.

AVK dresses the full wedding calendar — kurta and bandi sets for mehendi, haldi and sangeet; sherwanis for the wedding itself; bandhgalas and tuxedos for cocktail and reception evenings. Message us the ceremony, venue and time of day and we will recommend pieces from the current collection.
