Mint Green Aari Dabka Embroidered Linen Silk Kurta Set for Men | Vahid by AVK
The Vahid Kurta in mint green is a tailored Bamberg linen-silk kurta featuring exquisite hand-embroidered aari and dabka detailing along the neckline. Aari is a hooked-needle embroidery technique from Lucknow and Kashmir; dabka uses metallic coiled threads that catch light dimensionally. Together they create a layered, heritage-rich craft language concentrated at the neckline.
Hand aari and dabka work runs along the neckline in considered, dense patterns - traditional metallic threadwork that reads luxurious in close-up portrait photography while the rest of the silhouette stays clean. Bamberg linen-silk gives the kurta breathability for outdoor daytime ceremonies and a soft natural drape. The mint green colour reads fresh and uncommon, photographing exceptionally well in natural daylight. Modern menswear cut: clean shoulder, fitted close, contemporary hem.

Our most detailed pieces take 21–24 business days from order to delivery, worldwide — tailoring, hand-finishing and quality checks included — and many pieces are ready sooner. Yes — every AVK garment is hand-embroidered in our Delhi atelier. Karigars work zardozi, nakshi, kardana, mothi (pearl) and resham on adda frames, mapped from a hand-drawn khaka. A single sherwani can carry 300–400 hours of handwork; nothing is machine-run.

We alter it, free. Request a complimentary alteration within 15 days of delivery — length, chest and waist adjustments are part of the service. A made-to-order garment is not finished until it fits.

AVK dresses the full wedding calendar — kurta and bandi sets for mehendi, haldi and sangeet; sherwanis for the wedding itself; bandhgalas and tuxedos for cocktail and reception evenings. Message us the ceremony, venue and time of day and we will recommend pieces from the current collection.
